Last updated: September 30, 2026. These Terms of Use govern your use of Halal Eats Finder Driver to accept and complete food delivery orders.
By creating an account and using Halal Eats Finder Driver, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver's license, and have the legal right to work as a delivery driver in your area. You are responsible for maintaining valid vehicle insurance and registration as required by law.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during onboarding and keep your documents and vehicle details up to date.
To help keep the platform safe, you may be required to consent to a background check during onboarding and periodically thereafter. By consenting, you authorize us and our screening providers to verify your criminal and driving records to the extent permitted by law. You must provide accurate information and attest truthfully to your background. We may decline, suspend, or revoke your access based on the results of a background check, and you may not accept orders until any required check is completed or re-verified.
You agree to deliver orders promptly and professionally, follow all traffic laws, handle food safely, and communicate courteously with customers and restaurants. You are an independent contractor, not an employee, and are responsible for your own taxes and expenses.
Orders are offered to available drivers based on proximity and other factors. You may accept or decline offers. Offers expire if not accepted within the offer window, after which the order is offered to another driver. Once you pick up an order, you are responsible for completing the delivery.
You earn a delivery fee plus any customer tip for each completed delivery. Earnings are displayed in the app and paid according to the payout schedule. Tips belong to you. You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your earnings.
You must not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unsafe behavior, including falsifying deliveries, misrepresenting your identity, or violating any law. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms.
You consent to the app collecting your device location while you are online so we can assign nearby orders. You are responsible for charges from your mobile carrier associated with using the app.
You may delete your account at any time from your Profile. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail required checks, or pose a risk to the service or its users.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or the delivery service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by other means. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
